HELPING HIGH ACHIEVING WOMEN TO THRIVE

I'm a professional coach specialising in leadership wellbeing, burnout prevention and personal development for women in corporate and high-pressure environments.
I support organisations that want to invest in healthier leadership cultures and empower women to lead with confidence, emotional resilience and balance.
Through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, workshops and workplace wellbeing programmes, I create supportive, sustainable approaches to help women navigate workplace pressure, emotional exhaustion, and the challenge of balancing career success with personal wellbeing and family life.
ABOUT ME
With over 14 years of experience in the wellbeing industry and a background as a qualified yoga and women's health specialist, I help individuals and organisations build resilience, prevent burnout, and create sustainable wellbeing.
My transition into coaching was driven by a passion for combining practical wellbeing expertise with personal development, emotional resilience, and stress management strategies that support people to thrive both professionally and personally.
I work with organisations that are committed to investing in the wellbeing and development of their people, particularly female employees and leaders. Through workshops, wellbeing programmes, coaching, and facilitated group sessions, I help individuals build confidence, manage stress more effectively, and develop healthier, more sustainable ways of working and living.
Alongside my professional experience, I bring the perspective of someone navigating the realities of modern life. As a hard working mum to three children, I understand the challenges of balancing career ambitions, family responsibilities, and personal wellbeing. This lived experience, combined with my professional expertise, allows me to deliver sessions that are practical, relatable, and grounded in real life.
My mission is simple: to help people feel healthier, more resilient, and better equipped to succeed, without sacrificing their wellbeing along the way.
